This was the second and last time I will eat at the Fox and Hound. We didn't get our meals until 55 minutes after we placed the order. My French dip sandwich was cold; when I complained, I was told it was supposed to be cold! If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would make it myself at home. The loaded tater tots had a little cheese thrown on them but were missing the sour cream and green onions. When I told the server, she produced a cup with a spoonful of sour cream with a few chives in it. The server would just run past our table mumbling how slammed they were. While I could live with the delays during a busy time, there was no excuse for cold food with missing ingredients.
Generally a decent selection of beers. Good appetizers and solid food. Clientele is an interesting mix of Erie visitors, local bar-flys, and 30 somethings. Recommended for lunch and dinner for a higher quality than food court food if you are near the mall.
Voodoo chicken sandwich was excellent. Fries were great. Fast and courteous waitress. Open late... Checked all the boxes for a date tonight with my wife. Would definitely go again when I'm back next year.
Great atmosphere. Food was just terrible. Beers great. Waitress was taking plates away while we were eating. Did not leave us alone. Never eat there again. Appetizers couldn't eat them.
This place was recommended to me and I had to go back to the person who recommended it and say it was just okay.
