Food was good and staff was friendly. It is located in an office building. Was there for training.
The service is very individual, it's a good feeling to place your order with Franco himself and he bring you the food plus the shop is nice and quaint and the food is great!
I work in the Renaissance Center so it's very convenient to pick up some Franco's on my lunch break. Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. The "Franco's" Panini is my go to lunch special.
My girlfriend and I went here for brunch on Sunday. It was really good. I ordered the Santa fe bowl. It was pretty good. A lot more meat than I expected which was a negative for me but whatever. My girlfriend ordered the summer house bowl and she really liked it.
Stopped in to try the Rueben and tortilla soup during Erie Restaurant Week 2017. Rueben was good. However the tortilla soup was exceptional. Didn't have the opportunity to try the salad bar but I did take a look and it looked delicious. Looking forward stopping in again to sample more of the menu.
