Everyone was very kind and gracious. From the receptionist to the auto mechanic were so polite and went out of their way to make my experience there very pleasant!

I have had two great cars with them and there on of there word.

Got a fuel pump replaced here, two months later it burns out again. Not to mention when they replaced the fuel pump the first time they broke a fuel line and my filler neck. Overall bad experience with their service.

Thank you John and team! God Bless you for being able to get me into a new car!

Check out the Facebook page "Victims of Lakeside Auto Sales" and be extremely cautious about buying a car from this dealership. They told me the car "passed a safety inspection" but in my case, the car with the brand new, fresh inspection sticker had no emergency/parking brake. I asked numerous times if there was anything I needed to know or anything that needs repair and they got madder and madder every time I asked, and just kept telling me "It passed a safety inspection." I even told them I have a daughter who will be riding in this car so if you have kids, you should understand why I ask the condition of the vehicle. The answer again was in an angry way, "It passed a safety inspection. If we look deeper into it, you won't be able to afford it!" Well, I took it to a mechanic and found out that it had no emergency/parking brake cables a job that costs at least $400. The mechanic said there was a fresh zip tie on the place where the cables should be proving that the dealership was aware of it when they put the inspection sticker on it. I asked Josh Brown if he would fix the brake and he said, "NO". I asked how a car could pass a "safety inspection" with no parking brake and he said that they "must have missed it". Don't believe a word they say to you at this place. I had an auto parts store use their computer to see why the light was on and found out there's also a small emissions leak, so it would not have passed an emissions inspection. He asked where I bought the car and when I told him Lakeside Auto Sales. He said, "I haven't heard anything good about them yet." There is a lot more to add to this, but for right now, this is the most important thing I want people to know because your safety could be at risk so always have your own mechanic look at a car if for some crazy reason you want to buy a car from these guys. One more thing...if you do buy a car here, don't let them try to rush you through signing the papers. Josh Brown tried to add extra things to the contract without my permission that make money for the dealership and tried to rush me through signing papers and didn't want me to look at them. They were very rude and whenever I questioned anything, the salesman Barry Bidwell would raise his voice, get in my face, and say things like, "HOW LONG have you been without a car again??" (probably because I told him the first day I met him, when he came to look at my trade in, that I bought that last car for more than it was worth, because I was without a car for two months and couldn't stand being without a car anymore.) They also kept telling me I would not get financed anywhere else but there since they use more banks than any other car dealer .They wanted to keep making me feel that I had no other options but to do business with them or have no car at all. Also, they took my down payment of $1000 and then rolled it into the loan a second time, so I ended up paying $1000 more for the broken dirty piece of junk they sold me. The owner Mr. Write em up" posted a fake promise in public to make things right, but all he did was insult me, scream at me and was very abusive on the phone. He did nothing to make anything right. Then when the State Attorney Generals Office contacted him, he offered to put the emergency brake on. When I left the car there, he had his workers call me and tell me that if I didn't pay them $500 to do it, he will have the police tow my car away. Worst place in town to go for a car!
