Finially getting all my dental work done!!
I am so scared of a dentist to the level of passing out over someone in next room getting the drill. Yes that bad.
Although the staff are relatively friendly, I wouldn't recommend this place. I had suffered from a bad root canal that caused me terrible headaches. I was told the cap wasn't fitted correctly. I have reoccurring pain under the cap. I am not happy.
Thank you all about smiles. Finally found a dentist in Erie for my kids. Dr. Wolf has a special way with them and is truly passionate. He handed me his cell phone number after the procedure Incase I had any questions. I am telling all my friends.
Additionally, The waiting room is too small for the capacity of patients it needs to accommodate. I always feel very uncomfortable sitting in this area anyway. The aura is very negative and it has an unpleasant aroma. I don't think the forementioned is so much the building itself or the staff but it's patrons in general.
Dr B. Is truly patient, supportive and understanding and he naturally reassures you and gives you time if needed. His calm, kind disposition carries over naturally to the assistants and the environment.
Excellent Dentists that work here and manageable appointments!! I was able to successfully get my teeth straight with affordable braces by the acceptance of my insurance. And the employees her are very patient and caring for their patients. Excellent service.
Four stars because the front receptionists are not that polite. However, I had a deep cleaning done, 3 sessions, and I had a Dental Hygienist named Bree who was phenomenal. She made me so comfortable and she knew I was literally freaking out. She is amazing, patient, and kind. She never once became frustrated with me or my fears. Bree did a wonderful job on my teeth and her team of people that were with her in and out were just as kind. Bree is amazing! Thank you Bree
