I went here on a Saturday at 10:30am after working night shift to get a physical for school. The center was closed, even though both the website and the papers my school gave me stated they were open from 10:00am-3pm.
Unprofessional, uninformative and front desk does not know the details of her job or how to do anything but check in. If you want a place where they care about their money and not the patient go here.
The nurse was very polite. The nurse practitioner seemed to do an interrogation than a Dr. Appointment. Yes i got hurt at work. But to question an ER doctor's diagnosis to me is very unprofessional. Also call and talk to you employer before even talking to me is leaning towards unethical practice. If i have my way will never set foot in their again. Oh and i deal with the health care system on another job.
Extremely inconvenient.
The physical therapy side is awesome! He kmows his stuff. But the doctor side is horrendous due to the extremely long wait times. No reason I should have to wait for 3 hours for a 10 minute (if that) office visit from a Nurse practitioner! Good thing the staff was friendly.
Needed stitches!!! Got there 1/2 an hour before they closed. Joy and April rock!!! Nicest urgent care we've been at. The staff made the visit more pleasurable than it should have been. ;)
At least update the information on the website so people don't waste their time.
