You wouldn't think a truck stop would have an awesome salad bar and such really great food. We go there as often as we can even though it's a bit of a drive. Highly recommended. Everything is tasty and prepared well. The salad bar has homemade soup and my wife and daughter go a lot just for that. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
Gas is cheaper than in town which is unusual at a stop along the thruway. Nice restaurant and nice fudge shop. Also has showers for truckers.
Easy access from interstate, plenty of fuel islands, and lots of parking. Good food to! Even a vehicle wash facility on site! Great place to stop.
We stopped in to buy a submarine sandwich at Subway. Always a sure bet when you can choose what goes into a meal. The place was bustling, as always, but it appeared to be smooth sailing for each customer. No long lines and no grumpy customers. Outside of the building was orderly, clean and ample parking. I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business in the future.
Nothing negative, just with all this snow and ice, fellow drivers need to learn not to block areas. Also, parking in front of trucks overnight is not a good idea. This area needs designated areas to leave in times like this
