Skip has been very hands-on throughout the entire process of replacing our sliding back door. He coordinated with the wonderful Pella rep to give us a reasonable estimate and get the project moving quickly. His team are friendly, beyond professional and VERY detail-oriented; they went so far as to fix our old door for free until the new one could arrive! They've done wonderful work on a surprisingly complicated project - definitely one we couldn't have tackled without them. I've loved the work they've done in our neighbor' homes and looking forward to the kitchen, deck, and other plans we've made with Skip!

Skip was a very nice guy and answered all of my questions. The pictures of his work is beautiful however is very expensive. Took over two hours of my time talking about what he could do to the area I was getting remodeled. After our meeting told me he would email me an estimate in one to two days. Never received the estimate so I called skip multiple times and after two months finally got a phone call saying he has been busy and would send me the estimate if I was still interested. Very disappointed in the customer service! Would not recommend!
