This is a well equipped facility, the men's locker room is in need of some updates, carpet, benches need change. The lockers could use more frequent cleaning to get rid of stale sweat odors. This gym does not offer a sauna, steam rooms or pool, which keeps cost of membership down. So if your interested in keeping fit and healthy give this place a look.
I like the layout and over all setup. The staff is great and friendly. It does get crowded, but that shows how many people enjoy going there. The equipment is well maintained and regularly cleaned. I higky reccomend this gym to everyone from beginners to pros.
Has free weights, strength training machines, cardio machines, classes, tanning, and child care.
I've been working out with a personal trainer for a few years now. They keep me motivated. I don't always feel like going to the gym but after a good workout I'm glad I did. I workout harder with a trainer than I would on my own.
I love belonging to a locally owned gym! Lots of equipment and always well maintained. Great staff too!
