I've been to this salon in the past a few times to get a keratin treatment. The salon is very lovely and so are the hairstylists. I really liked the stylist who did my hair--she was awesome!!! The downfall-- I called over a month in advanced to cancel my appointment because my scheduled change from when I made the appointment (appointment made in July). I told the woman who I was speaking with over the phone, that I'll have to wait and see what my schedule looks like next semester before I can reschedule. Her response: "ooooooook." From my perception, she was rude. I understand I've only been to that salon a few times, but I would like to get the treatment done twice a year ( at least a $700 value.) I'm sure there are plenty of other clients who spend more money than I do, but it's the fact that I don't make a whole lot of money and I live 45 minutes away. Also, I've been a receptionist before and I've never said "ok" to a customer because it sounds rude (business etiquette 101). Needless to say, I won't be rescheduling.
Called in several times to make an appointment. Finally got someone and when they went to check on an available time for me I was redirected to another girl and had to give my information again. I've never been here before and I received a gift card to get my hair colored from a family member.. To drive in twice, once for a consultation and second for the actual appointment, is very inconvienent and now I'm stuck with a gift card for a salon I really don't want to go to...I just had a baby and it wouldn't been nice to get this done and not waste gas driving in two separate times! I was told my color(for one simple all over color)was going to be almost $200. That's crazy!
I thought I finally get the right salon. I really loved the place and the atmosphere. However I hated my hair, I want it all to be one color and instead I end up with light roots and dark end. I went to get it fixed they said I have to pay 70 dollars for color remover on top the 100 something I already paid. I think I'll be back to jcpenny after all. Make sure befor you go to ask if they are able to get it all the one color or at lease what u want and what you should pay extra if I didn't went well.
I’m very happy with both the Magic Sleek keratin treatment I received at Panache, and their exceptional customer service. When the treatment partially didn’t “take” the first time around, the owner (Edna) immediately arranged for it to be redone. My stylist (Courtney) couldn’t have been more kind and professional. It used to take me 30-40 minutes to dry and style my coarse, wiry hair; it now takes ten!
This is by far the best spa I have ever visited! My daughters and I spent the day here getting the works--massage, facials, manis, pedis, make up, and hairstyles. They also hooked us up with lunch. We had so much fun. The day was just amazing!
