Today, we walked in to see a woman who is notorious in our town for being a terrible human being, doing what she does best, complaining to try to get free stuff. Julia handled the situation with so much professionalism and class. For that, I am so grateful as I had my 3 small children with me, and could certainly see the situation going bad. Julia continued to stay calm, and I can not give her enough credit for her composure. Thank you lovely lady's for making a great experience as always.
