Great local company, always there when you have needs or questions.
I previously worked for a company that used this agency and they WERE very responsive. This firm used to be great, but they have grown too large to be effective and good at their job. Run away with all possible haste and find an agency that is smaller and will actually let you speak to a licensed agent.
I submitted a request via web form for someone to contact me for new commercial insurance. If you have ever purchased insurance, you know it is a commission business and someone asking for a quote should be acted on immediately. I did not hear anything via email nor my cell phone.
As I happened to be driving by I attempted to stop in and ask to speak to a rep concerning commercial insurance. The front desk rep asked my name and I answered. She then asked my company, I informed her that we would be a new client and didn't do business with the agency. She then refused to tell the rep a potential customer was waiting, as "he likes to know". I told the receptionist that it's fine, I'd go somewhere else - and she took it as a personal attack, as if I had nothing to do but sit around in her lobby all day.
Best Agency in town, hands down!
Would I received a different level of service if he did or didn't recognize the name? Would my pricing change if I was larger or smaller? What is so hard about just calling a rep? My time is valuable as well and I don't want to pass through multiple levels of screening just to get a quote.
