I had Reeves do a job for me today. When technician left I was not happy with something that happened. It was not the work that was done. That was done to my satisfaction. In a couple of hours Jeremy Reeves called me and the problem was solved to everyone's satisfaction. I was very impressed that he called...I never expected to hear from anyone. I would recommend Reeves Plumbing to anyone looking for a company that does the job correctly and also really cares about the customer being satisfied and happy. This is rare in today's world.

Needed a fan blower on my furnace. Initially thought it was going to be a "clean and check" so that's what I ordered. However, I realized it was more serious. Reeves called and asked to reschedule that day because they were on many emergency calls but, when I told them my fan sounded horrible and thought it was going fail with cold nights coming, they graciously and politely kept the appointment. They called before the guy came out. The guy was thorough and showed/proved to me what the problem was. Set it up so I could still heat the house while the new fan was on order. Replacement visit was ON TIME and everyone has been courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Not sure how the money compares to others but I just wanted it done right and it appears to be fixed.
Tech was extremely polite and timely. However, by the end of the service call, the job was changed multiple times. Each time, the price changed. By the time it was due to pay, even the tech didn’t know what he was charging me for. I asked for an itemization and still have not received one. No one could tell me if I was paying an installation fee(for a dishwasher and disposal) or an hourly fee. I called and asked to speak to management to clarify the charges and never received a call back. I think the company should have been able to itemize specifically the charge for each appliance that was installed and any service fee /labor fee charged. Instead I just received a bill for the total due with a summary of the work done. The tech also took 4 hours to install these appliances.
Reeves promptly sent a technician to our home to address a furnace issue. The issue was not resolved on the first visit, but they sent another technician out that evening who identified the issue. They did not charge me the on-call fee and identified the issue. They sent a hard working Army veteran to complete the work on the next day. He worked hard until late on a Friday night to get our issue fixed. I would continue to do business with Reeves.
Called Reeves for our hot water tank not working. Nick was our technician that arrived on the call. Nick went through all options with my wife and I and helped us decide on a new 50 gallon hot water tank. Nick was extremely polite, and well spoken. Nick did a great job installing the tank and was the neatest and most organized tech we have ever had in our home. Highly recommend Reeves plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing service, and especially recommend their service tech Nick as he was AWESOME!!! Thanks Nick!!
