I have been shopping here for years. Every time the staff is extremely helpful. I have purchased many gifts for others, bought my watch and had it cleaned and serviced here many times. The experience is always great. I even bought my fiancee's engagement ring here. On that occasion the owner was working and helped me pick out every single feature of the ring to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. It is a beautiful ring and she loves it. All and all a convenient location, friendly staff and great prices. Highly recommend to anyone.
I had a not so expensive watch sized here. There were two gentlemen working. One seemed personable and enjoyed his job the other seemed miserable or I wasn't food enough to be there. No personalty, not friendly at all , and somewhat cold. I personally don't care, but my kids were with me and I teach them to be nice to everyone, and this just isn't what I want them to be around. I will gladly take my cheap watches and money somewhere else. But other then that, they did do an amazing job on my watch and it was fast!

I ordered a new watch band and could not, for the life of me, get it on myself. I called fast fix, the gentleman on the phone was polite and courteous. I went to the store after work to have my band replaced and the woman working could not have been nicer or more efficient. After she replaced it, I asked what I owed and she declined any payment but suggested that I come there for any battery replacement or repairs I might need in the future. This is how businesses should run. I don't have enough good things to say about this transaction. Thank you. You will have my business and my good word of mouth.
