Officers are very childish and have nothing better to do but mess with fellow citizens who are obeying the law. I was sitting in front of a friends house and then two Millcreek PD SUVs pulled up behind me with their lights on and told me I had to "get movin' boy" when I was literally just sitting there minding my own business. They never informed me on what I was doing wrong either. No ticket, no warning, they just wanted to be annoying honestly. That was my 13th negative encounter with this police department and never once was ticketed because not once did I ever do anything wrong. Clearly these officers are not serving the area with the intent to keep the peace. Unbelievable and they wonder why all these anti-police protests occur
