We have bought two homes (sold one)
with Marsha and she was nothing but wonderful. If we move, we will be calling her again.
Their property management division is AWFUL. Nate is inept - absolutely inept. If you want things NOT to get repaired, for units to be vacant and to have a property management company who does nothing then go with these people.
The absolute worst. I don't understand how these people are in business. We reached out about a house/open house that we saw in Fairview. No return email or call. We followed up many, many times. Geez, do you want to sell homes or not? This was with the owner of the real estate company. We had heard not such good things about this agency, but still decided to reach out regardless because they had the "lot" of the market. Um, no. Should have listened. We are from out of town and are not used to having to chase down real estate agents. Ridiculously annoying and a total waste of time dealing with these people.
Recently purchased a home listed by Realtor Dawn Nesbitt, she was so very helpful throughout, she worked as a dual agent between myself and the buyer, saved me a great deal of money throughout the buying process, and kept the ball rolling. Dawn kept me well informed throughout the process which was something I greatly appreciated, and she had many great contacts involved with home buying needs. This was my first home purchase, and she explained each aspect very thoroughly and was available 7 days a week. Very thankful for all she did behind the scenes as well. Jacob L.M. Byham-
