Is it weird to love a grocery store? Because I love Wegmans. Its a regular grocery store with everything you need, plus an insane hot/cold bar, a beer distributor, and a take and bake entree section that is the biggest I've ever seen. Try the whipped potatoes!
I never have anything bad to say about Wegmans! Tons of healthy options both packaged and prepared. A great spot for a quick lunch or somewhere to hunker down with your computer and get some work done.
One of the best grocery stores that I've ever shopped. The place is always so clean, organized, well stocked, and decorated in a way that is inviting and warm. Plus, the staff seem really happy and are always eager to assist. My wife and I love this place.
Best grocery store ever! Incredibly fair prices, delicious items from their bakery, their produce section is unbeatable, their generic brand is better than the name brands, their fresh food cafe is great - they use Wegman brand products to make subs, pizza, etc. You can buy the ingredients in the store if you like it. Nothing but great things to say about Wegmans stores.
Edited to add: if you're looking for restaurant quality Buffalo wings without the wait or price, you can find them in the prepared foods section! My husband is obsessed with them, says they're the best wings he's ever had.
Hands down the best grocery store in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean, as is the rest of the store. Fantastic variety in the produce and meat sections, and the bakery is wonderful. (Garlic Tuscon bread is unbelievably delicious)
The prices on food items are generally unbeatable, though. Non-food prices are hit and miss, but I don't usually go to a grocery store for lightbulbs (just an example) anyway.
