I am huge fan of Krispy Kreme and I was so excited to get a free donut and free coffee for my birthday. I only ordered a regular glazed donut (and the hot light was on) but that's my favorite. When I got to the window the cashier proceeded to argue with me 5 minutes about how I was faking the coupon and would not be able to use it. When I told her I didn't want the donut she slammed the window without any sort of apology. The worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Awful customer service, was using a gift card and had issues and they were unwilling to even try to figure out the issue.
It was good and quick I just wish they could've gave me a sample through the drive-through I ordered my food in the drive-through and then had to go in for my free sample but hey I got a free donut that was delicious
Bright, clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Delicious doughnuts with frequently changing options. Recently updated dining area as well.
Very friendly service. Gets busy easily and quickly. The smell of fresh donuts will make your mouth water.
Update: originally a 1 star, but the store manager went above and beyond to fix the issue and explain to me what can be done to fix and help their staff next time there is an issue. Appreciate that.
