The quality at Panera continues to go down. Higher prices, distasteful food, cashiers messing up orders, and the manager is rude. Only come here if you want to waste money and be blamed for the mistakes of the cashier's/employees' errors. The manager wasn't even apologetic. Made up excuses and slammed receipts down after being told employees messed up. Panera used to be good. 7 year loyal costumer....I'll take my business elsewhere.
I don't know why it takes three people to make a coffee and grab a dry, day old, cinnamon roll, and then take my money.
Worst Panera I’ve been too. All of our bread was dry and old, it was a little dirty and the quality of food just wasn’t as good as other Panera’s I’ve been too.
Great food! The breakfast sandwich was large, healthy, and delicious! Very good coffee. For the money, I prefer Panera over any other breakfast place.
