When I arrived I was seated for ten minutes before anyone came to get my drink order. The waitress seemed annoyed to have to stop chatting with her coworkers and take my order. There were only two other tables in the entire restaurant but it took over 40 minutes for my cheeseburger. I asked my server after 30 minutes if it was almost ready. She went back to check and didn't come back. After another 10 minutes I contacted the manager and it was ready. No apology for the wait. If there weren't only about 6 other customers in the whole place I would have understood.
Worst dining experience EVER! Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else. Went on a Sunday later afternoon in August (before the dinner rush) They were already out of multiple items. Service was very slow - never were sure when (or if) the waitress would be back. We used to love the salad bar there - not anymore. Only 1 type of salad and then kept running out of lettuce. 2 hours later we were more than ready to leave then discovered our checks were wrong - charged for things we did not receive (another 15 min of agony). I complained. A manager did call me and offered many excuses blah, blah blah, so sorry...We'll send you coupons and blah, blah blah... Never received anything more than the val-pack coupon (that enticed us in there the first place) I kept the other coupons and tossed Ruby Tuesday's in the trash can
Not good. The salad bar was filthy, and not not well stocked. Our waiter forgot to put our order in for 15 min after we ordered it.
We had a delightful meal on a Saturday evening prior to attending a movie. My wife enjoyed the hickory bourbon glazed pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans. The chop was thick, well seasoned, and very delicious. I had the Smokey Mountain chicken, which is covered with bacon strips, cheese, and BBQ sauce. The chicken breast was pretty small, but flavorful. I paired it with a baked potato and onion rings. Our soda and lemonade mugs were always kept nearly full, and the staff was polite and hustling. The biscuits were amazing as always, but I would have loved to have extra of them !! We paid with a gift card and used a So Connected coupon to get 50% off an entree. We will certainly be visiting again.
I was completely unsatisfied with my last visit. The reason is not what you would expect from a restaurant. The food was great, what really bothered me was Tom. He must be a Supervisor or Manger. As soon as my sister and I entered the restaurant he greeted us and it was almost an immediate instinct that he bothered me. He was completely rude, he had an informal smart ass type nature. I could tell that he was bothering the other employees as well. Other than him our waitress and the rest of the staff seemed great.
