I called Dees today and the guy who answered the phone was extremely short and rude. I asked if they had a product because someone else was going into the store for me. Ive bought the product their before and wanted to make sure that it was in-stock. He told me he couldn't help me. I then asked why and he told me that I needed to come into the store if I wanted to know what they carried. He simply did not want to help me at all. I've never had such a bad customer service experience in my life. I've been going to dees cashing my checks for years and I will not be going back there again.
