This was the first and last time we will EVER use Meineke! I would rate it zero stars if I could. I bought the part that needed replaced at 3:00. Dropped the part off to them at 3:15. They called at 4:25 and said that the car was fixed, and he had test driven it to be sure. Meaning the actual work was done by 4:15 at the latest, then 5 mins for a test drive and a few minutes to call us to let us know. When we got there we were charged 1 1/2 hours in labor!! THEY DIDN'T HAVE OUR CAR FOR 1 1/2 HOURS!!!!!!!!! We explained that to the lady (who was a total B*$#%) and she very rudely stated that they had been working on my car for almost 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 hours???? I dropped it off at 3:15!! It was done at 4:15!! Then, in the next sentence she said "I didn't say 2 hours. I never said that". She said it 30 seconds before!!! We asked for corporates number. More rudeness from her. She raised her voice multiple times and was very snide. As we were pulling away, the mechanics and the owner were huddled up in the garage laughing at us and watching us pull away! We called corporate, who informed us that they can never step in to help a customer when the shop is franchised. They refused to help us at all. I asked for the supervisor of the customer service rep, and she said he would call me. 1 week later, no call. We lost $45 on the deal, but Meineke lost brand new customers. There are never any cars at the shop, now I know why. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! They are rude, lying, cheating, jerks who know NOTHING about customer service.
went in for an oil change, mechanic showed me another problem w my brakes, was late in day so schedualed apt. went to apt lady gave me ride home,picked me up afterwards. all in all pleased w service and will return.... thanks
