My experience today was good; the woman who made my appointment was a bit of a grump. No, she was a big grump, and not knowledgeable about tires at all, but I needed tires and used the online tool to find them. Her phone courtesy was lacking but she was able to see the tires I wanted were in stock and make the appointment. So off to Sams we went. The rest of the appointment was great. The manager was fantastic. The other staff was friendly. (While we waited an elderly couple came in, the husband was visibly concerned about something. I didn't hear, but the manager was very kind. He instructed them to pull their car up. Then he went out and put air in their tires. It was very nice to see. )
If there's not a Discount Tire store in the area, Sams Club has long been our second choice. We've always had a great experience with Sams tire department at stores around the country and they've always had the tires we want, in stock.
When my car was done, all the lug nuts were tight!! The woman was there. She was still a grump. But the the manager was there and offered to re-tighten the lug nuts after 50 miles, if I wanted to stop by. We were in and out in about an hour.
I had all 4 of my tires replaced here, and they didn't bother to tighten my lug nuts.. about a month later I noticed the weird sound of them rattling as they were about to fall off. I wasn't sure what the sound was at first and drove around for a day or so before I realized they needed tightened. We caught it just before they were about to fall off. I've been trying to contact the auto department of Sams club with my "serious complaint" and they couldn't tell me when the supervisor would even be in next. They were absolutely no help to me. Do not trust them with any serious work, they most likely will half ass it. Have I mentioned this is the second time this has happened? My faith in this place is gone. 0/10 stars for this place. Would absolutely not recommend.

Went to get a new battery. There was 1 person ahead of me in the garage with 2 empty bays and 5 total employees. It took close to 2 hrs to take my old battery out and put the new one in and they only got to it when I threatened wanting a refund after an hour and a half and wanted to leave.
