Not too happy with our store in the Millcreek Mall. The single line was halfway through the store. After waiting in it for ten minutes some new customers in line came up and decided to make a second line in the front...the employee encouraged them to do so! I sat my bag down and walked out! Online ordering not much better, it is the only online store that only allows one promotional code (in the meantime you have three different coupons) and also has a shipping charge no matter how large or small your order is!
Called the store because my online order wouldn't submit and after spending over three minutes of waiting for my call to be answered the lady had no clue how to help and stated to call customer service. I called customer service, waited 45+ minutes waiting for somebody to take my call and the woman was very ignorant and claimed it was because Google chrome doesn't work with their website and when I stated they needed to advise people of the issue she hangs up on me! I use the internet explorer to try and process my order and it didn't work either. After wasting over an hour with this company I am overly disgusted and refuse to give them any of my money! Worst experience ever! (Would assume they would try to please customers not be so ignorant and push away people especially around the holiday season)
