I like the staff they are very nice to me, and they have a good selection :)
About ten to twelve years ago, I went here a lot. Bought CDs galore and some t-shirts! Don't know what happened. They don't sell CDs anymore. Rock t-shirts here are nice they have a good variety of them.
Hats off to Jake at Hot Topic in Millcreek Mall, Erie, PA. Thanks to Jake, a teenaged girl won't be disappointed for Xmas. He resolved the problem caused by online store, and made sure I left satisfied. He is a definite asset to your company. True meaning of customer service.
It's Hot Topic and if you've been to one, you've seen them all. They are about the same across the USA and Canada. I think 90% of my wardrobe is from this store.
