Had oral surgery 4 months ago and my case is still not ready. The staff is nice and attentive but when it comes to doing the service excepted of them they suck. Never going back here again. I will take my services elsewhere from now on
ok here's how it goes
I have appointment at 9:30 they get me in by 9:30 and I am always out by 10:00! they take gateway and they are a lot better then All About Smiles! I mean at all about smiles it took over 2 hours to get me in to see the dentist! and at summit dental, I'm in and out! in half hour or less!
Had a cavity filled monday. Dentist touched the nerve. I've been calling them since Wednesday to get help to stop the pain. Finally talked to the office manager, my dentist was out of the office for the day. Said she would call me right back. 30 min later on a Friday and no call back. They closed at 1230pm. Not helpful. I am now stuck in agonizing pain all weekend.
I can never reach them by phone during any time of their business hours. They refuse to call back when I leave messages. They have told me that I have cavities and when I make appointments to get them filled, they tell me that I don't really have cavities. Then I go back after a year and they tell me again that I have cavities and they are the same ones that I was told weren't actually cavities. I got them filled in October and it is now February and I have shooting pains in the "cavities" they supposedly filled. I cannot stand this dentist office and I will definitely be switching to another one.

Just this past Thursday I had oral surgery. The staff there was wonderful and the surgeon awesome has ever. I felt calm has ever. The surgeon did a great job. Here is day 4 I am feeling back to myself just a little sore nothing major thank you to all the staff.
