I was very disappointed with my order from Trost and Steinfurth. I placed my order online via Teleflora and what I ordered is not what was received. Yes, the correct flowers were all there but in no attractive arrangement, just kinda all shoved into a vase and tied with a bow. These were a birthday gift for my mother, I ordered the "premium" selection (the most expensive of three options), paid $55.95, with a 20% off coupon, and expected my mom to receive something really gorgeous. What she got fell well below my expectations. I called the florist and they were quite receptive to my concerns, offered to pick up the flowers and rearrange, which seems kinda silly to me. In the end they promised to take $10 off of my bill. My point is that they were very kind, but it does not take away from the fact that they obviously don't care about the quality of the product that they deliver. What I really wanted her to do was promise to never ship a crappy flower arrangement ever again! I will post a picture as soon as I figure out how to do that. I will never order flowers from this company again and will hesitate before using Telefora online. Very disappointed.
