Really liked this American frieght they are not too overwhelming which is always a plus they offer layaway options same day delivery and great furniture prices, and warranties great place to get furniture!
I always had a good experience here. So today I decided to bring my 74yr old grandma who is looking for an entire bed set and a furniture set. No one helped us. No one even said hello. We looked around and had so many questions. Not one worker would answer one of them or even stop for a second from talking with one another. And it wasn't even busy. I'm so disappointed. We just walked out.

My fiancè and I put a down payment on a couch and we were told that if, within the next 10 days, we changed our mind, we could get a full refund right there with no hassle and that after the 10 days, a refund would still be possible, it would just take a little longer because it would have to go through corporate. Okay. That's fine. About 5 days later, my fiancè and I change our mind about the couch and wanted our money back. So we go there, ask for the refund and the give us such a hassle about it. We told them what Ta'ahna told us and they said that wasn't accurate and that the money was deposited and we would have to wait like 3 weeks for our refund. They didn't do anything about it. All they said was that we could call corporate. My fiancè and I basically said screw it, bought a couch for the price our deposit was, got our free lamp and that was it. Never going back and would not recommend if there is ever a chance you might change your mind. The reasonI gave it 2 stars is because if you know for 100% sure you're going to get something and/or you buy it right then, then it would be any okay store. Poor customer service when something happens!
