Was very disappointed with my visit to this store on 10/20/2017. My wife and I went in expecting to purchase a living room set but we were never even greeted by anyone in the store. We walked around and looked at sets for over 30 min and not one person approached us or even acknowledged we were in the store. We left and my wife went back in and asked to speak to a manager and was informed that 2 of the 3 people there were managers and neither of them said they were sorry for the poor service. The only associate that apologized was at he time helping another couple. So we went up the road to your competitor and are going to spend our $2500. P.s. I did love the selection of couches and really wanted to purchase one.
I purchased a sectional in February it seemed to have been used when I received it. But now 4 months later the stitching seems to be coming apart. This is not what I expected for 1200.00 dollars. I went to move it to a new location notice some of the material underneath was not stapled to the wood. This is poor quality for the amount of money I paid for this pillows always move.
