Never miss the Balachaung, the fried, dried shrimp. I liked the dried fish, anchovy which is good when cooked with eggplant and potato. You cannot find these in supershop. I also liked the Urad-Dal which is good if cooked with bottle-guard .
Some good prices and some specialty items that aren't sold elsewhere. Only 3 stars though because the only clerk doesn't communicate well and the hours seem to move to suit the clerk. In comparison to other Asian markets in Erie, the prices are not competitive (give or take one or two items). It earns 3 stars for being easy to get to from traffic and for parking. Also because their rice selection and bulk nori are priced well.
