Joe has more experience and knowledge than anyone I've ever met, and the atmosphere here is unlike any place else. Everyone cheers you on, helps you with your form, and is very friendly. I highly recommend coming here; it'll be one of the best decisions you could make for your heath and well-being!

I traveled 6 hours from home and was looking for a day pass at a gym in the area. Lots of gyms here but decided to check out Joe's... very happy I did. This place has a classic, old school vibe with everything you need, whether you're a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or casual gym rat. It feels like being home... Bucket of chalk, powerlifting awards and pictures on the walls, and a wide-open room full of free weights. Joe modestly works behind his counter and is ready to spot you if you need. It's clear this isn't just another corporate enterprise -- you can tell this gym is a second home to a man that loves what he does. Highly recommend checking it out.
