Brevillier Village, established decades ago as a nonprofit with a mission to provide elder care, covers the whole spectrum of senior care from at home care, independent living, personal care living, skilled nursing and they also have a hospice suite. The campus is a beautiful park-like 17 acre lakefront area with lots of green space and a terrific trail right along Lake Erie. 250 staff keep the residents healthy, happy and safe 24/7/365. It is truly a gem on Lake Erie.
My grandmother was a long time resident at Brevillier. First as an independent resident then later when she required more skilled nursing care. It was comforting knowing that my grandmother was receiving the assistance she needed, was well taken care of and safe. Each member of the staff treated her with dignity and respect. I would visit her often and the staff was always so helpful. My most powerful memory of Brevillier occurred on the day my grandmother passed. I can still remember the entire team lining the hallway as my grandmother was being taken by the funeral home. To this day, I cannot hear the song Amazing Grace without a fond memory of my grandmother coming to mind, as well as a tear to my eye. Thank you for taking care of her while she was there. If you are considering Brevillier for yourself or a loved one, rest assured you will be dealing with great people and will be treated like family.

As I approach my 17th year of service to Brevillier as part of our rehab team(Physical Therapist), I am just so very grateful.
