Customer service is very bad. All but one of the sales people don't want to wait on you unless you have top of the line cloths and shoes on. Management don't even try to make up for very bad visit. STAY AWAY!!! Other jewelers in the mall and close by.
This place is terrible. How can they have audacity to your fiance their ring is fake just to upset them for their own greed. Told her there were 22 stones missing and you needed a microscope to see them. I'm pretty sure I can see every diamond that on the ring and there still their. I understand they want to sell their products but to bash my fiance ring in hopes she buys one of yours. Great customer service....
I have always had wonderful customer service at Reeds. The selection of fine jewelry is lovely. My husband bought my diamond for my engagement ring there and since then we have been return customers. The staff is very professional and attentive. I always look forward to getting my ring cleaned and browsing the newest pieces.
