AVOID!
Gave them a raincoat for cleaning almost two weeks ago. When I called to ask if it was a ready (a day after it was due) they told me they needed more time because it had some tough stains. Long story short--when I tried to pick it up almost a week later, it was RUINED! The girl at the counter handed it to me without comment, I noticed it had a mottled appearance -- the rain-resistant coating had been stripped off. Talked to Frank, he promised to make things right, so far nothing but broken promises.

Very accommodating. People are always helpful. They have always done a nice job and I have been using them for many years.
If I could leave a negative star I would. The woman with "pixie" cut was highly unprofessional. After she couldn't find my clothing she made no effort to look elsewhere. I explained to her it must be there for I hadn't picked it up. She was snarky and didn't care if she found my items or not. After she found my clothing she made no effort to apologize for her rude behavior. I am unsure how this establishment remains in business. I will never go back and I do not recommend.
