I had a sump pump problem in my finished basement. Ben Sutton of Rainbow has gone above and beyond the normal call of duty in making my situation whole and complete. I have found him to be a franchisee who is both ethical, practical and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied. I would highly recommend to others who are in need of restoration services and would like his high level of service, professionalism and integrity to be recognized.
Excellent customer service and technicians. They literally called me within 5 minutes of the insurance adjuster talking to them and were at house in a couple of hours. They explained everything they were doing and were open to any question. They had very quick turn around when I had to call with a concern after they left for the day. They removed all debris, cleaned up any mess, and took it all with them. My house is now dry so the stress level has dropped!
My experience was nothing shy of impressive. responsive and highly professional staff. Was on time for all three appointments we scheduled and made us feel comfortable by educating us about the cleanup process. Nate was upbeat and positive even for being a late night weekend call.
