Have my own steam cleaner I have always used, but didn’t realize a part was not sealing the reservoir. Have 2 dogs and my small dog that we thought was “handling” himself while out of the crate during work hours was not! Winter sun comes out for the first time and my great room smelled awful! I called SteamJet (from a friend's reccomendation) and Ron was out in 2 days. Very professional, informative, fast and my carpet looks better than it ever did! Traffic areas that had the “shadow” of wear are now like new. I now realize the difference between professional clean vs my home cleaner. Ron is coming back to do the rest of the house because of his service and very reasonable rates!
