Great place to eat the staff is very friendly they meet you at the door they make you feel like you're at home ...they greet you when you come in the door with professionalism my kind of place to eat those wings are off the chain put them in the oven 2 and 1/2 x they meat lovers Pizza with garlic herb or make you want to slap somebody
It took a while to be waited on. But even before that, as soon as we walked into the building you just got smacked in the face with a strong smell of sewage. We did not know what we wanted to order and it was pretty difficult to make a decision because the smell was so overbearing it was starting to make us sick. Will not be coming back to the Hungry Howie's down town. From now on we're going to be taking our services to other locations. I was dissatisfied with my service. And the food took too long, and we were the only ones that were there and there were no other orders, so there was no reason why it should have took as long as it did. Hungry Howie's needs to come inspect their locations because this one is failing tremendously.
I placed a rather large order in way of price and nearly 2hrs later still don't have my food. Ordered online and was told 65 minutes.
The deep dish pizza here is pretty good.
I am from PGH, and I have ordered twice from Hungry Howie's once at the Millcreek and once at Downtown. I cannot say enough positive things about the employees and service. We travel a lot for water polo tournaments and the first time I bought their calzone sandwiches for 32 people and everyone was pleased with how big they were and how tasty. We will be purchasing them again this weekend for lunch. Last week we bought pizza's for the bus ride home two players enjoy one large pizza. The players loved them and they were really big which filled up our very hungry players. Thanks to all the employees at both restaurants. We will be back again.
