I've been very loyal to Marcos the past year, however due to the horrible phone experience I had with their manager today they lost my business. In cooperate America today we loss out on common sense approaches on how to deal with situations. The other night they messed up my order. No big deal we are all human. However I paid a delivery charge and always leave a nice tip for my delivery driver. They were nice enough to offer me a new pizza delivered on another night as the delivery driver was solo that night and couldn't make the trip back. Well I call today to get my pizza delivered and they tell me they can't deliver the pizza because the system won't allow it. Even though my price from the other night covered a delivery charge and a $7 tip for a order that was wrong. The manager dropped the ball undermining me and I will never do business here again. It's sucks because I enjoy the night staff a ton and they are always top notch people.
