Great options & helpful staff. Good variety of products. A little pricey if you compare to discount stores but in line with other specialty pet supply stores.
I took my dog Widget there for a bath, (Collie/German Shepherd) it was totally awesome and worth it! Very clean, very helpful staff! I will go back!
I have to admit that the quality and cleanliness of the small animals and fish that they have for sale is above and beyond the other chain pet stores in the area. I would buy my fish and small animals here. However, their products are very expensive! Their pet toys and pet food prices are especially high. All the associates are friendly though, and the experience was a good one. I was just a bit put off by their prices.

Tons of product, can find just about anything you need. Staff is super friendly and greets you right at the door, asking if you need help. All of them, continues checking to see if they can assist you, and even offers to carry the heavy stuff to your car. Great place
