I've been a tenant for about 3 years. My apartment is clean and I really love our building. Any issues that ever came up have been handled professionally and pretty quick. Good people to deal with.
Some of their residences have cockroaches. That was not really the problem, it was their lack of willingness to take the action that was promised by the owner.
