A family friendly, relaxed environment, and the park manager although a little rough around the edges is a helpful guy. All in all for a mobile home park it's a pretty good place to live.

Place is a joke! They scam u ur 100 dollars and tell u can't live there bc they have a right to say that! I had a summery offense and they just said no bc of that! Will its a tragic violation and bc of it can't get in the guy who runs it has only own the park for a year! So advise u don't have a pure record like pure as in clean water then u will not be able to get in and ull waste ur 100 dollars when u can be using it next door at the casino
