We have been taking our dog Cody to Grooming by Charlene since we moved to Erie from Pittsburgh 7 years ago. The staff is always so friendly to us and our fur baby. Cody would run the other way when we took him to the groomer we used in Pittsburgh. At Charlene's he willing walks right in! Grooming by Charlene is the best groomer in Erie!
I love Grooming By Charlene. I have always been happy with everything they do for my Lilly. Lilly loves going there. That tells me a lot at how much she loves to go there. I won't just let anyone groom my sweet Lilly.

Char is very knowledgeable about anything K9 (probably cats too). Anytime we have a health or behavior question we ask Char before a visit to the vet. She always has a solution and they always work. We have a new puppy and we would not even think of going elsewhere.
