Great place ,we had our puppy spayed their .people were really nice
Nobody ever answers the phone it takes days to get an answer from anyone mine as well pay the little bit of extra just so u don't have to wait days to get something taking care of
The staff was so helpful and friendly. They kept my spirits high when there was a couple applications ahead of me and I ended up with the puppy! Highly recommended.
The vets were great along with the tech but their front staff need more training on customer service and patient care and knowing what has or has not been communicated with clients.
They let me wait in a seperate area as my dog is not social with other animals. Then they looked him over got us what he needed, just could not be happier with their help!
