We reserved our rental at the airport location. Thinking that this location was the same we went here. The gentleman working greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly hello. He was also very helpful and took care of our rental there instead of making us go to the airport. The car we got was a very good value. We got the same warm treatment when we returned the car as well. We were very happy with the overall experience. We will definitely rent from there again.
I went to budget about a month ago to reaerve a car for a wedding out of town.Asked the guy at the desk not once but three times if they will for sure have the 8 seat car for me because there is 8 of us going. He guaranteed me 100% they will. Got to budget tonight and they did not have my car. They only had a 7 seat mini van for me!

I was very happy with the ease and smoothness of both picking up the car and retuning it. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. The car was in great shape, extremely clean with a pleasant smell. Really loved the whole experience. A no-hassle experience.
