The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I'm a Gold member who reserved a full size car. They contacted me about 2-3 hours prior to me picking the car up to tell me they did not have a full size available, no problem intermediate size was o.k. The agent when we went to pick the car up was rude, not willing to help out and didn't even honestly care. He just said that he had 20 cars reserved for the flight that just landed. Trying to locate an e-mail address for their customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
Terrible customer service. I picked up my car from Hertz drove down the road a mile and the low tire light came on. Was too busy "working" to take the car back so I filled the tire every day with air. Turned the car back in , no apology from Hertz, no sorry for the trouble, nothing! Will never ever rent from Hertz again.
