I love Dr. Picardo but her staff is a JOKE! Heather Adams is so unprofessional and cannot diagnose anything properly. When I was 29 she told me I was in the early stages of cervical cancer and that I had multiple lumps in my breasts. She sent me for a mammogram, a breast ultrasound and scheduled me for a colposcopy. My colposcopy showed absolutely no abnormal cells of any kind. It was painful and terrifying. The radiologist came in my room less than 5 minutes after my mammogram & ultrasound and told me he didn't want me to worry, that I had no lumps at all and that I didn't need to have another mammogram until I was 35-40 years old. He also questioned why I was there in the first place with no family history and no warning signs. She terrified me... I thought I was going to be dead in less than a year from either cervical or breast cancer. I'm 34 now and am completely healthy as I always have been. Her license to practice should be revoked. She is incredibly rude every time I see her. Sometimes I am forced to have an appointment with her if I need to get in quickly because the office is so overbooked. I have finally decided to move to a different office after NINE YEARS with Dr. Picardo all because of the neglect & stupidity & rudeness of Heather Adams.
Horrible experience...they were rude and unprofessional, and they caused us major stress while I was pregnant due to their stupidity
