Nice place for an overnight Splash Lagoon getaway. This is the least expensive of 3 hotels available and based on prior stays in the other properties, I can't say there is much difference between all of them. Clean, comfortable, and free hot breakfast is pretty well standard issue among them all along with WiFi. Best value of the lot.
0 stars very unclean. rooms and beds are nasty and overnight house keeping staff Randy in specific is very rude and unprofessional if you come to splash lagoon or surrounding areas go to a different hotel Peach Street location in Erie Pa DO NOT COME HERE
We stayed at the Comfort Inn as part of a package with Splash Lagoon. The room was clean, and I really appreciate the availability of bunk beds for our young kids, as well as having their own TV. Towels are clean, shower works well, and there was a small fridge. I wish there was a little more space as having the bunk beds and the king bed caused the king bed to be so close to the wall I had to crawl in from the end, and I wish the fridge was just a little bigger as it didn't accommodate our gallon jugs, which has never been a problem at other hotels. Breakfast is basic but good, and they have chocolate and strawberry waffle batter in addition to plain which is fantastic We were satisfied with the room and the price with 2 days of Splash Lagoon passes was fair especially with the hotel connected so there's no going outside in December.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Pulled back cover and something in bed and its sheets stained. Front desk advised they'd send someone up, guy (Ryan) came up to bring linen. Said he'd be back, after a while, I called back down and asked that he come back up and put the clean sheets and comforter on the bed. He comes back up and says "Oh my bad, I forgot." Proceeds to make the bed but has now thrown the clean linen on the floor. I ask him why'd he put it on the floor. His response, "well, I dont have anywhere else to put it, what else do you want me to do?" I say at that point, not put clean lining on the floor that you're about to put on the bed... He then says, you all could have made this bed a long time ago and walks out of the room.... So now I match down to the front desk, and she listened and apologized, but nothing can be done until morning when I'm to speak with Scott (manager).... How freaking rude and disrespectful. The worst customer service experience ever... I will also also make Splash Lagoon aware of this as well. We thought it would be better this time to use one of the connecting hotels. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
Worst experience ever. I booked this hotel for my son’s birthday being that it’s connected to splash lagoon. Well to make a long story short, The covers on one of the beds were very dirty. The housekeeping guy Ryan was VERY rude to me and my family. The guy walked out which led me to making up the bed in our room. It makes no sense I have to pay all this money then get treated badly. I will never come back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
