Definitely my second favorite in the area! I travel to Erie about 6 times a year for work. The first thing that I absolutely loved about the place is that they're environmentally friendly. They provide a separate bin in each room for recyclable materials. Please take advance of this whole you are there. Also, they have dispensers inside the showers that contain the shampoo and conditioner. That is awesome because they don't promote the use of all that plastic that the mini shampoos come in. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Wish more could be like them.
Staff gives outstanding and prompt service. We worked mostly with Ethan and Marilyn at front desk who were both delights. Room and hallways very clean, furniture in good shape, loved the shower...body wash and shampoo dispensers were awesome. Also loved the full kitchen we had in room and the breakfast bar downstairs was great.
Nice clean room. Enough space for dinning table & sofa bed. Minor issue with billing when check out. But definitely come back again
Staff are very nice and attentive. However pillows are hard as a rock and rooms are a little worse for wear, which might just be normal for extended stay places. Our bathroom door didn't fully close so my hubby and I had to be careful using the restroom. Some of the outlets were non functional. Breakfast is good, and rooms are set up nicely for work and relaxing. Free Wi-Fi worked fine. Despite minor problems, would stay here again... Might just bring my own pillows!
Not a bad place to stay for a night or two! Breakfast area is a bit of a gong show by the way it is laid out. Gym and pool area fine, location to highway and shopping excellent!
