The outside is attrocious but apparently that's because they just bought the place. The inside is nice and comfortable. The rooms are average for a hotel.
This place is old, and pretty dated. One of the problems is the style of room. It's the old style of room where the door opens out to the parking lot. There's a large window next to the door and the curtains never quite cover the window. Easy access on and off the freeway. WiFi is not so great, but for Limited activity for a short period of time it's almost acceptable. I ran a speed test it's about 1.25 to 2 megabytes. Upload is a pretty consistent 3/4MB.
This Quality Inn is clean. Other than that, it is your typical 70's motel. There have been very few or no updates other than maintenance required to keep it to code.
Check in isn't until 4pm. We arrived early, 2pm, and we're told by the young lady behind the reception desk to call to see if our room was ready. We left our number and asked her to call us. We received no call. We simply went back at 4:15. They had a shift change. The new young gentleman was very helpful.
For low expectation business travel it is not too bad.
The location is unbeatable. Right off the highway. The room I stayed in was supposed to be one king size bed but was instead two queens. This was the butt of many jokes by me and my girlfriend who I was staying with. The breakfast they offer was fine, nothing bad to say about that. The pool is conveniently located in the middle of the hotel. And has a great view of the many 18 wheelers passing by on the highway right next to the hotel
This wonderful place has seen better days. It's clean, it's comfy and the staff are friendly. I used this Inn as a base for my wife's shopping excursions... Again this Inn has seen better days and that's an observation not a criticism.
If you are looking for a clean but cheap place to sleep, this will do. If you are on vacation and want to stay at a decent place, this is not the place.
