The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Veterinarian Jen Simon is arguably the best I've ever known (not that I have known too many veterinarians). You can see she has a genuine care for our animals. She always explains exactly what they are doing and what our options are. And she doesn't try to sell us on things we don't need.
A few months ago, my kitty began losing weight, so we took her to Twinbrook. Dr. Simon ordered blood work and was very helpful and supportive, but nothing conclusive was found. My mom had to take Gizmo back to Twinbrook yesterday and subsequently Gizmo’s condition was so bad that she had to be put down. This has been one of the THE HARDEST decision to make and to go through. Dr. Simon and her team at Twinbrook were incredibly compassionate and loving during the entire process. Dr. Simon’s loving kiss on my Gizmo’s head after she passed shows the true love that she has in her heart for animals. Dealing with a sick pet and putting a pet down are both incredibly painful. It was comforting to have Dr. Simon and her team there to help ease some of the pain. Thank you all, again.

We've been going to Twinbrook for over 20 years, until today, even though they were clearly overpriced.
I have been going to Twinbrook for four and a half years and have taken two cats there in that time. I've seen both Dr. Simon and Dr. Smith, and they are wonderful. Always helpful and reassuring and friendly. And everyone I've met in the office has made me feel like my cats are really cared for, especially on the rare overnight visits. They are all well informed and patient and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this veterinary office.
During our last visit (literally) we were treated like second class citizens and the diagnosis of our dog was inaccurate. We've changed to Wilde in Waterford and are amazed at the difference.
I've always enjoyed the doctors and staff here. Everyone is compassionate, kind, and accomodating. The doctors are knowledgeable and easy to work with. We've been taking our dog here for 13 years.
My only complaint is that they are incredibly expensive. And I know that it's not the staffs fault. If you have an emergency with your pet plan on spending a thousand bucks
Not sure what happened to Twinbrook in recent years but they're obviously more concerned about making money than caring for animals (or people ).
