Good but not great. I wanted to rate it higher but the store isn't what it once was. It is still a great store for cloths but they made the departments so cluttered. Putting stuff in the isles and placing everything too close together. It feels like a more like a discount store than it used to.
today only i went to jcpenny to return one top and to buy something for my lil one.But when i was trying to return the top which was without receipt ,the sales girl (children department) start smelling it and gave it to other sales girl so that she can smell it .it was so embarassing for me becoz she was like its smelly i didnt even wore that top instead may b they are selling smelly cloth.when i encounter her for her behavior she suddenly said rudely we cant take this top back.the whole experience was very embarasing.i hope store manager gonna take some strict action against her.
I love shopping at Jcpenney today I was shopping in the children department the lady who work in kids her name sarah Fadhil she mention it in my receipt she helped me finding all the stuff that I need and she was very helpful, nice, and friendly I wish that all the associate act like her and I wish her the very best in her life...
